Role Title: Mobile Device Management (MDM) SME

Day-to-day Responsibilities: The client's Center for Information Technology (CIT) Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) program is seeking a Mobile Device Management (MDM) SME to oversee the client's MDM solution. The candidate should be technically proficient in supporting on-premise and cloud based MDM solutions and related integrations. The candidate will also be responsible for leading a planned migration from MobileIron to Intune platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities: -Support the architecture, engineering, maintenance and operation of the MDM management platform and related MDM infrastructure. -Handle end-user support requests. -Manage integrations with IDP, -Maintain MobileIron in in a hybrid environment -Works closely with the Security Team, OCIO, IAM and Messaging Teams in order to maintain the system -Review requirements for new features and capabilities and develop integration and engineering plans to implement approved system changes. Client is looking to migrate to Intune (Azure Endpoint Management offering) due to it's maturity and stable offering. This role is responsible for working with IAM to test Intune and developing the plan for client to migrate from MobileIron to Intune.

Expected Deliverables: Architecture, Design, Implementation, Migration of MDM related applications, infrastructure, and solutions.
