Job Description

The Mini Bar Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard presentation of the Mini Bar. They are primarily responsible for the inventory and stocking of self-service mini bars in guest rooms with some customer contact. The candidate will be responsible for fulfilling orders from the Mini Bar, ensuring cleanliness and working order is up to standard for all mini bars, as well as other duties assigned by the Director of Food & Beverage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and working order standards for all equipment, report any working order issues.
• Take proper inventory of products and restock when necessary.
• Complete daily work assignments and checklists
• Check mini bars in guest rooms, post charges for consumed items, replenish consumed items and compare against par list to ensure the mini fridge and dry items are at correct par levels.

Qualifications

• Able to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
• Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
• Full availability as needed
• Housekeeping hotel experience preferred
• Great communication skills and basic computer skills
