Onin Staffing currently seeking Mill Operators for our seed manufacturing facility in Lubbock Texas.
Shift:
Monday - Thursday
4:30pm - 2:30am *overtime potential depending on demand*
Pay: $ 14-17$ with lots of growth potential!!
Work Experience
- experience running a mill or auger required
- Applicants must be able to work in a dusty environment, in hot and cold weather conditions and at heights.
- The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have good decision-making skills and willing to take directions.
- Manufacturing: 1 year preferred
- Comfortable working with elevated open grate flooring (higher elevations)
- Forklift experience, preferred but not required
