Milk Receivers are responsible for the unloading of milk from tanker trucks, washing and sanitizing tanker trucks, silos, and receiving lines, and aiding in the manufacturing of all company products in a safe and sanitary work environment.

Pay Details: The starting pay for this position is $21.02 per hour. Employees will move to $23.35 per hour after successfully completing 60 days of full-time employment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains all pumps, piping, and other items necessary for the actual unloading of product.
• Sanitizes all unloading equipment prior to its use.
• Checks all incoming tanker loads for order, temperature, taste, and any other factors in accordance with the Quality Assurance Program.
• Responsible for the actual flow of all incoming products to their proper holding silos.
• Responsible for the procurement of all necessary samples, in accordance with the Quality Assurance Program, and state or federal regulatory agencies, prior to the actual unloading of the product.
• Responsible for the washing of all pumps, piping, and equipment used while performing the unloading or loading process during the shift and maintaining the entire receiving area in a clean and orderly manner while in compliance with quality assurance policies.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• One-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to obtain within 30 days of hire State Lab Sample Testing Certification and Sample Pulling Certification.
• Ability to read and interpret receiving documents.
