We are looking for line cooks with lunch & dinner and weekend availability. Our shifts are 11am to 9pm daily. Full time cooks work just 4 days a week and get 3 days off. Must have weekend availability including Saturday and Sunday.

Suzy Siu's is an Asian Restaurant located in Atlanta's best food hall - Krog Sreet Market. We feature Ramen and Asian Steamed Bao Buns in a casual format. We are a part of the Korean Wives Hospitality Group, Atlanta's premier chef driven Asian restaurant group.

We pride ourselves in being scratch kitchens and are committed to sourcing local and sustainable produce and meats. Our Restaurant group has 4 restaurants in total - so there is growth potential. We prefer to promote from within when possible, so our line cooks have the potential to evolve into a salaried management position at the supervisor, junior sous chef, and/or sous chef level.

Line Cook Compensation:$16.00-$21.00/hour depending on experience levels, with the potential to grow into a salaried management position. Experience, skill level, and references are all factors of pay rate. Paid vacation days and other benefits are available after 1 year of service. We highly value people who bring a good attitude and professionalism to the kitchen every day.

Line Cook Expectations:
Team player mentality & Punctuality
2+ years experience in a professional, from-scratch kitchen
Proficiency in knife skills, cooking techniques and seasoning
Commitment to working clean and organized
Ability to follow recipes & convert/scale
Ability to adhere to checklists and manager instructions
Communication, people skills, and professionalism in receiving constructive criticism and direction

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
