Job description

Hallsdale Powell Utility District currently has a job opening for a Service Technician/Meter Reader. Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent and valid Tennessee driver's license. The successful candidate will be responsible for working throughout the district reading meters, turning meters on and off, trouble shooting meters and investigating customer issues. The selected candidate will be operating District owned vehicles, carrying out various assignments as directed by the supervisor, and interacting with customers. Only those chosen for a personal interview will be contacted. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a drug/alcohol screening process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
