A prestigious global manufacturing business in the Bloomington area is seeking manufacturing workers to add to its metal pouring crew. This metal melter / pourer job is an entry-level opportunity that offers a weekly wage, benefits, and room for growth!
No experience is needed for this metal melter / pourer job, you will be trained on-site.
Location: Bloomington, MN
Wage: $21.50 - 22.25/hr.
Hours:
- 1st shift: 5 am - 1:30 pm, Monday - Friday
- 2nd shift: 2:30 pm - 11 pm, Monday - Friday
- Overtime available!

Duties of the metal melter / pourer:
- Organize raw material
- Follow specific work orders, travelers, procedures, and instructions to help ensure products will be to customer standards
- Prepare melt, alloy, test, and pour metals according to procedures
- Operate wheelabrator and other machines/equipment in the work area
- Keep accurate times and job records
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Comply with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT & environmental policies/procedures
- Handle other duties assigned to the work area
Requirements of the metal melter / pourer:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possible overtime & Saturdays
- Consistent job time
- No experience necessary!
- Able to acquire additional certifications & credentials as required
