, a world-renowned academic research institute of Louisiana State University, is seeking a postdoctoral fellow in Metabolic Surgery.
Job Responsibilities
-
Aid in the design, organization, and implementation of specialized and advanced experiments using established scientific protocols and procedures within the scope of the metabolic surgery laboratory (basic, clinical, and translational research).

Assume general responsibility for scientific operations of the laboratory.

Provide supervision and guidance to junior technicians, students, and researchers.

Provide assistance with summarizing findings and working to publish in clinical and research journals.
Required Qualifications

PhD or MD in scientific discipline

Experience working in a metabolic surgery laboratory preferred
