We seek a Full-Time Mental Health Therapist to join our team as Primary Therapist at Monte Nido Vista located in Agoura Hills. This Clinician is a key member of our multi-disciplinary treatment team. Our therapists may be scheduled for evenings and weekends, in addition to weekdays, for the benefit of clients and their families.
Monte Nido Vista is a residential treatment program exclusively for adult females seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Clementine Malibu Lake, similar to our other Clementine programs, provides the highest level of medical and psychiatric care outside of a hospital within the comfort of a home.

Qualifications::
CA regulations require all healthcare workers to be fully vaccinated. In compliance with the state of CA regulations, all employees are required to provide documentation of full COVID-19 vaccination or furnish a completed mandatory declination form with qualified reason prior to start date. Employees who are not vaccinated are required to provide negative Covid-19 test results on a weekly basis per CA regulations.

Providing individual, group, and family therapy

Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers

Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management

Participating in discharge and aftercare planning

Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food

Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients' intersecting identities
Qualifications::

Master’s degree, at minimum, in clinical counseling or related discipline.

Licensed (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.).

Prior experience treating those with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting is very helpful.

Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
