Site Manager
Mental Health Recovery Services (MHRS) Hadley Residential Program - Hampshire County $35,500-$37,500 We’re looking for an inspired, organized leader to assist with all aspects of managing our group living environment for young adults with mental health challenges.
As Site Manager, you will collaborate with the House Manager to guide and support our residential team by:· assisting with scheduling, medication management and oversight of the program· providing support and coaching to residents to meet their treatment goals· assisting program participants with money management and budgeting· sharing in on-call responsibilities, which includes covering shifts when needed
Fulltime Position Available:
WHAT WE OFFER:We offer a starting salary range of $35,500-$37,500—plus a $1.00 wage differential for Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification. We provide paid orientation and training for certification in Medication Administration Program (MAP), CPR & First Aid, and Proactive Approaches to Behavioral Challenges (PABC) if applicable.
