Arisa Health is currently seeking a dynamic Mental Health Professional with experience providing services in a Behavioral Health organization or with experience with a community mental health or healthcare organization. Arisa is currently offering a $2,000 sign on bonus for Mental Health Professionals and a $3,000 sign on bonus for independently licensed Mental Health Professionals.

Therapeutic Day Treatment: Sometimes children experience the burdens of depression, problems at home, or some additional trauma that lead to problems in school. Children in this situation need a new place to grow, learn, and succeed. Arisa Health provides an accredited school program that gives children this opportunity. Therapeutic Day Treatment, or TDT, is a comprehensive integration of academic and clinical programs that serve children and adolescents aged 5 to 18. The goal of Therapeutic Day Treatment is to stabilize a child’s behavior in a structured behavioral management environment so that when appropriate, he or she can remain with family and return to school better able to succeed academically and emotionally.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities (Scope of Practice):

• Interview/assess clients for mental health needs and perform individual, family conjoint and group therapy services
• Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information
• Provide counseling and appraisal services to individuals or groups designed to develop an understanding of personal problems, to define goals, to plan activities to assess an individual’s aptitudes, attitudes, abilities, achievements, interests, and personal characteristics as these are related to personal social concerns, and educational progress

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work
• Current Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to multitask
• The ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team
