Part Time 24 - Hours, Evening Shift, 3:00pm-11:30am, Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required

How You Care for Our Patients

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will maintain a safe therapeutic milieu on inpatient psychiatric units. You will also conduct safety checks, monitor patients, assist with ADL’s, de-escalate acute situations, and provide supportive interactions with patients.

You Bring Meaningful Experience

Successful candidates will have the following:

• 
  High school diploma; Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health, Human Services or related field preferred
• Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries
• Previous experience in psychiatric or substance inpatient, restraint reduction de-escalation, and crisis intervention is preferred
