MED TECH FOR ADULT FACILITY

Funders House of Hope is an Adult Residential Facility located in Artesia, CA. We are currently seeking a knowledgable, friendly and hardworking medication technician to join our adult residential facility team. Qualifications (non-negotiable):

• Able to clear DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
• Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance
• High school diploma or GED required
• Flexible scheduling. Position may include weekends and holidays
• Experience in medication administration preferred

Job Description:

• Assist with the basic needs of an ARF (Adult Residential Facility)
• Prepares and assists with self-administration of resident medications according to doctor’s orders and the MAR
• Appropriately logs medication administration on MAR, including PRN medication
• Communicates clearly, calmly and effectively with residents, families and Wellness Coordinator with any changes or resident concerns
• Complete any outstanding paperwork for the day including filing, logging medication and centrally stored record
• General housekeeping and maintenance duties
• Additional duties as assigned by Administration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
