Azalea Gardens Nursing Center is looking for experienced, compassionate nurses to join our team! As a Staff Nurse, your primary role would be to administer medications, perform treatments, and chart routine and non-routine nursing observations on all residents in your assigned unit.

Requirements

• Valid MS LPN or RN License (required)
• Experience in Long-Term or Skilled Nursing Care (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions
• Take and record a patient’s medical history, blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc. accurately
• Supervise CNA’s during shift
• Communicates with medical staff, nursing personnel and other department directors to develop effective, accurate care plan
