Reischl Physical Therapy in Signal Hill, CA is looking for one medical secretary to join our 11 person strong team. We are located on 3292 E Willow St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

*Coordinate, schedule, and confirm patient appointments *Ensure insurance paperwork is completed and process payments as needed *Provide patients with information regarding services or claims *Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

*Experience working as a Medical receptionist *Friendly and engaging personality *Ability to work towards a common goal with little supervision *Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.50/hour.

About Reischl Physical Therapy: Reischl Physical Therapy was started originally by Steve Reischl in 1984. Steve learned about treatment of the foot and ankle by shadowing Dr. Ronald Smith, MD, in his Long Beach office. Steve became an expert in this area and later published and instructed in this topic nationally and internationally. In 1987, his wife, Susan, joined Steve and the practice evolved to include all orthopaedic diagnoses. After a few years, Reischl Physical Therapy added more professional staff and currently there are a total of 7 licensed physical therapists and 2 licensed physical therapy assistants. A dream has now been realized by Steve and Susan, and the practice has expanded to a new 6400 sq. feet facility that will accommodate community youth and adult athletic development classes.
