Vista Physician Group is a professional network which includes family medicine physicians and specialists with 10+ offices located throughout Lake County. We are looking for professional Medical Receptionist at our clinic in Gurnee, IL.

As a Medical Receptionist your responsibilities:

• Interacts with the patient to ensure that the check-in and check-out and insurance verification is carried out efficiently.
• Answers questions about the facility's policies and services.
• Makes advance appointments and handles special requests. Issues invoices and collects fees.
• Performs administrative duties such as answering phones, cleaning work space, and assisting managers and supervisors as needed.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the healthcare field.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision

Qualifications, Desired Skills, and Experiences

• H.S. Diploma
• Bilingual preferred
• Experience in a medical setting is preferred
• Travel to other Vista Health sites may be required
