Job description
Growing practice seeking a full-time billing specialist. The individual must have previous billing experience, specifically knowledge in coding with review of medical charts, familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, third party payer policies, denials, claims submissions and all aspects of the revenue cycle. Previous experience with Anthem Indiana, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid polices claims and appeals is a plus. The individual must be able to acclimate and navigate quickly with computer software applications. Experience in ophthalmology or retina is a plus. The individual must be able to multi-task in a very busy environment while extreme attention to detail and completing work in a timely manner. Excellent interpersonal skills.
