1) MEDICAL ASSISTANT $17.00 - 20.00 per hour based on experience

2) MEDICAL FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR - $16.50-$17.00 per hour

All positions are Full Time and permanent. Office hours are 8 am until 5 pm, Monday through Friday. No evenings or weekends. We are searching for professional talented medical personnel that have positive patient centered care. Must have at least 6 months experience for both positions.

We have openings in San Marco, Mandarin, Northside, Beaches, Fleming Island, Orange Park, St Johns, St Augustine, Ponte Vedra Beach, Riverside, Southside, Julington Creek, Fernandina Beach, Arlington, Westside, Downtown Jacksonville

Specialties includes Primary Care, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Oncology, Pediatrics, Neurosurgery, OBGYN, Neurology, Urology, Hematology, Endocrinology, Urgent Care, Rheumatology, ENT, Vascular Surgery, Opthamology Pediatrics

REQUIREMENTS FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANT & FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR

*At least 6 months of experience

* Valid High School Diploma or GED

* Background and Drug Screen Required

*Medical Assistants must have a Medical Assistant Diploma

*EMR Proficiency

MEDICAL ASSISTANT - DUTIES

Assist physicians with examinations and procedures, Injections, Lab Collection, Autoclave & Sterilization Technique, patient education, chaperoning patients to room and obtaining vital signs, documentation of the EMR, pre and post operative instructions, Staple/Suture Removal, Phone Triage.

FRONT OFFICE SPECIALISTS - DUTIES

Greet patients as they arrive, update insurance information, check in/check out, Insurance Verification, Referrals, Heavy Phone Usage, Scheduling Appointments/Procedures, Medical Records, collection of monies related to cosmetic and insurance related procedures.
