Job/ Title: Medical Assistant - SMG-Birth and Family Clinic- Edmonds
What does the average day look like for this person?
- Rooming, histories, vitals
- Heavy adult care but some peds as well
- Injections and assisting with procedures
- No blood draws (they have a lab & lead MA for that)
- EPIC charting
- Inbasket work such as mychart messages to patients, refill requests, prior auths etc.
Experience
For the MA-C, no experience necessary (outside of the externship) so long as they have their certification. willing to consider new grads out of externship, but we’d prefer not to.
Shifts/ Hours: 4 10's - 7:30a-6p (four 10’s per week) or 8-4:30 (five 8s per week)
