Overview:
The Medical Aesthetic Marketing Manager, manages the overall service and product marketing for all Forefront Dermatology locations. This position is new to Forefront and will help to lead the establishment of an aesthetic services and product brand, provide subject matter expertise, education, consulting and coaching to internal departments and clinics in order to support Forefront’s vision, mission, and values, and ensures alignment with aesthetic business goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for growth marketing and product portfolio to drive brand growth and capture market share, including overarching paid media strategy, search, social, display, including brand strategy, seasonal planning, consumer insights, advertising, sponsorships, CRM, retail marketing, PR/communications, social media and traffic.
  • Build marketing strategies that can be implemented both centrally and locally by Forefront local clinics.
  • Oversee and manage all marketing efforts and operational planning activities to maximize both growth and profitability of the Forefront Medical Aesthetic/Cosmetic business.
  • Build innovative digital marketing programs for new aesthetics brand and develop e-commerce and in-office marketing program for white labeled skin products.
  • Build marketing tool kit that can be used by local practices.
  • Lead collaboratively key cross-functional teams, strategizing around all aspects of marketing including media, influencers/PR, merchandising, ecommerce, sales/retail/education, demand planning, finance, on the overall brand strategy while managing top management requests and the day-to-day business needs.
  • Consumer research and segmentation.
  • Identify and execute strategies to improve SEO efforts and website strategy.
  • Understands direct response marketing best practices, market dynamics, target audiences, competitive landscape, and messaging strategy and can apply to Forefronts multiple brands, both centrally and localized execution.
  • Implement strategies to drive increased foot traffic and product sales through effective SEM strategy utilizing Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube and other channels.
  • Identify and execute world-class marketing funnel to drive increased foot traffic and product sales.
  • Identify new concepts based on market trends, consumer trends, consumer insights, category dynamics, competitive activity, innovative approaches in different categories, etc.
  • Identify and manage influencer marketing.
  • Responsibly manage all marketing budgets.
  • Responsible for strategic oversight of regular campaign performance analysis and optimization recommendations.
  • Adherence to compliance and completion of compliance training.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or data analytics; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of cosmetic, med spa, or aesthetic marketing experience preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant digital marketing or product management preferred.
  • Experience in marketing healthcare brands to patients and consumers a plus.
  • Multi-unit healthcare or retail experience a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Must possess strong analytical skills, with a high attention to detail and financial acumen.
  • Experience with setting up and monitoring email campaigns.
  • Experience in developing great aesthetic creative.
  • Knowledge of marketing and consumer promotions.
  • Advanced working knowledge of SEO & SEM (e.g., Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Experience in Influencer marketing, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Innovative, team-oriented leader with proven success in creating holistic, integrated brand strategies in a constantly evolving environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Consumer-focused entrepreneur who knows how to build brands.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required; specifically Excel capabilities to include pivot tables, v-look ups, etc. and must be able to learn new software quickly.
  • Must possess excellent leadership, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, board, clients, and the public.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to use time productively and contribute to high levels of company operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
