Job Details:

• Spring Valley
• 1st Shift (6am - 2:30pm + OT)
• Monday - Friday
• $20 - $25

Description:

Develops, designs, and manufactures specialty engineered equipment for the targeted removal of selenium, nitrate, arsenic and mercury from water and wastewater associated with power generation and mining. These systems employ patent pending and proprietary biological treatment processes, which provide unparalleled efficiency in terms of equipment footprint and water quality.

Individuals will be handling equipment, reading blueprints, assembling parts, working with basic hand tools (wrenches, micrometers and etc) screwing in nuts and bolts.

• Assemble equipment and products while reading prints, drawings, and other written instructions or procedures.
• Utilize hand tools such as wrenches, grinders etc. to screw bolts on fixtures
• Troubleshoot, rework and/or repair assembled equipment, according to engineering specification changes
• Shipping & Receiving when needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Day to day duties may change since this location does custom assembly for clients depending on their needs

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of mechanical assembly or water equipment familiarity - must have
• Ability to use tools and troubleshoot - must have
• Knowledge of fabrication - nice to have
• Mechanically inclined - must have
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem
• Ability to work as part of a team
• High attention to detail and self-motivated
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
