Job description
JOB SUMMARY
The primary function of a Fueler is to efficiently fuel the necessary equipment. Perform the work required in a timely manner and maintain adequate production in order to meet service schedules. Understands and carries out instructions given orally and in writing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for daily fueling all tractor-trailers.
- Verify and replenish all fluid levels (oil, water, etc.) daily.
- Check and maintain proper tire pressure daily on trucks and trailers.
- Change tires on trailers, dollies & tractors.
- Minor repairs on electrical and air systems.
- Follow safety rules and regulations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license and good driving record, CDL not required.
- Able to drive both standard and automatic shift transmissions.
- Able to drive all classes of vehicles with air and hydraulic brakes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Operate fuel delivery pump.
- Mechanical aptitude.
