We are looking for a passionate, hardworking individual with a strong interest in working in the grocery store industry. The ideal candidate is comfortable working quickly, dealing with customers and can accurately cut meat. This position involves moving heavy boxes of meat, cleaning the meat department and stocking the meat cases using a hand truck. The Meat Cutter position involves frequent interaction with customers and some lifting, so we're seeking an outgoing person who can maintain quality customer service through quick action and friendly behavior.

Responsibilities:

• Cut meat and poultry into portions requested by customers.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with specific time constraints imposed by the business.
• Work with sharp knives safely and prevent accidents.
• Follow recipes or instructions to ensure that quality standards are met.
• Clean meat and poultry before and after cutting.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds without being strained.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.10 per hour
