Imperial McDonald's is an independently franchised restaurant. This restaurant is staffed by great people. Right now we are looking for the right person to lead our team on the restaurant level. We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for running a profitable restaurant. The candidate will ensure that the store meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Cleanliness, Service and Food Safety. The standards are high, so this is a big job! The General Manager will work with the Supervisor and Owner/Operator to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve those goals. We pride ourselves with giving a great customer service in a clean, friendly, and fast paced environment.

The General Manager does not work alone. He or she leads a team of Department and Shift managers that have specific responsibilities in the restaurant. The General Manager will help their team set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction when needed to succeed. By improving the departments, the restaurant improves.

The General Manager is responsible for the hiring and developing of all management team members to make sure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future. The General Manager will work with the management team to make sure the restaurant is fully staffed

Job Requirements:
