Volt is partnered with a growing manufacturing company in Erie, PA that is adding a Materials Product Coordinator to its team.
As a Materials Product Coordinator, you will:

• Facilitate alignment with the materials department and product planning to ensure the team is supporting the product launch process
• Organize and present data, coordinate teams, develop and maintain action plans
• Monitor inventory status after new product launch
• Review ECN’s (Engineering Change Notice) and coordinate the product change process
• Help ensure the product changes are executed in a manner that minimizes excess inventory
• Support the decline / phase out of products
• Work to proactively discontinue products and product lines to avoid unfavorable inventory situations, as well as free up manufacturing resources for new products
• Facilitate the sale of excess FG’s through internal coordination as well as through online channels
• Coordinate projects as needed to reduce/avoid excess inventory.
• Manage the regular update of intercompany forecast between all company divisions

This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• 4-year degree in business, supply chain, or technical field
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• Experience in one or more of the following fields:
  • ERP systems
  • Supply Chain
  • Material Planning
  • Purchasing
  • Logistics
• Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, conflict management, reliability, people skills, responsibility, well organized, commitment, teamwork, work under pressure, results oriented, attention to detail and quality performance
• Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite.

Pay rate; Between $70,000-$85,000/year.

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
