The Materials Management department is responsible for the receiving, holding and distribution of supplies to ensure that each department has exactly what it needs to operate. This team works hand in hand with multiple departments and is seeking a detail oriented, positive thinking person to join their team.

What You Will Own and Improve in this Role

• Receiving and organizing of stock
• Accurately matching Pick-Lists
• Maintains purchasing schedule for both satellite and bulk stores, highlighting any stock shortages.
• Expedient delivery of supplies to departments.

What you Bring to Your Position

• Attention to detail to ensure orders match what has been received and to manage inventory
• Ability to monitor inventory and learn when to order what is needed
• Strong communication skills to interact with multiple departments and types of people

To Be Successful

You will need a high school diploma. Show us your experience! We prefer 2 years working in Materials Management under your belt and desire anyone who has done so in a healthcare setting.
