Materials Coordinator
Location: Warrendale, PA
Duration: 9 months
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Materials Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Materials Team in the areas of planning, scheduling, receiving, and others as needed.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Assist with entry and scheduling of customer orders
- Assist with planning and release of job orders to production
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy
- Assist with expediting of purchase orders
- Assist with data entry and data validation
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities
- Positive Attitude, Clear Communication Skills and Demonstrated Ability to work well with others in cross-functional and multi-organization teams
- Flexibility to provide support where it is needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with MRP Concepts
- Highly motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent, Associate degree in business-related field preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience working in a support position a manufacturing environment

- Must be able to perform extensive standing, driving, walking, and climbing; to lift up to 50lbs. regularly; to manipulate up to 100lbs. with assistance, to transport and stock assigned supplies and materials through manufacturing facility. Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb to reach materials (must be able to climb a step ladder at approximately three feet in height and to work from a lift up to twenty feet in height

Salary: Up to $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
