RemoteRaytheon Intelligence and Space (RI&S) is seeking a Material Program Manager for a significant cybersecurity program in the Cybersecurity, Intelligence, and Services (CIS) strategic business unit. With cybersecurity viewed as an imperative to national security, this program and product area is a great opportunity to grow your career. In order to succeed in this role, you need to be an effective leader with demonstrated ability to skillfully care for and be directly accountable for ensuring overall supply chain performance of the program. You must be a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving organizational and program goals, and must be able to successfully interface with varying levels of internal administration. You will support all of the programs’ supply chain activities as the liaison between the Program Manager(s), IPT’s, and other functional leads, and the Supply Chain organization. The role also offers consistent interaction with the customer to identify and track requirements. Additionally, you are responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of all program material strategies, supply chain goals, and company goals. You will work closely with program leadership, key functions, and the customer to develop and execute procurement timelines that support the program's and customer's objectives. We need a person who will be able to exert influence and have an effect on both day-to-day executions and also longer range goals of the program and the program IPT team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Track and plan for all subcontract and procurement details in Excel, Word, and online databases, as required
- Draft and maintain the program’s supply chain material forecast, while integrating with Finance and program leadership to maintain alignment
- Assist in the capture of material sales opportunities while mitigating sales risk
- Loading demand for all procurements via eREQs in the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system
- Work with OEMs and reseller to get best value and creates engaged relationships to better meet program needs
- Provide coordination and oversight for all Supply Chain functions
- Ability to influence key stakeholders
- Authors program's Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Plan
- Timely completion, entry, and submission of contractual documents online
- Report generation and interpretation for customers and subcontractors/suppliers
- Timely responsiveness to customer and subcontractor/supplier inquiries
- Consistent communication of program needs and concerns
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of SAP/APEX/PRISM and EPAD.
- Knowledge of USG FAR and DFAR requirements.
- Negotiation skills with the ability to define strategies and assist in negotiations.
- Experience guiding both internal and external stakeholders, including collaborating across different functions.
- US Citizen with an Active SECRET clearance
Desired Skills:
- Experience with multiple contract types (T&M, FFP, CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, IDIQ)
- Buyer/sub-k experience
- Experience managing broad portfolios of services, software and hardware subcontracting and procurements
- Material forecasting experience, including risks and opportunities
- Knowledge of Supplier Resource Management (SRM) system and eREQ process
- Process improvement experience
Clearance Requirement:
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance and this position requires the individual selected have an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
Typically requires:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen as the position will require the ability to access U.S. only Data Systems.

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
