Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for law firm clients
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
• Work with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored marketing plans to achieve them
• Create and manage lead generation campaigns across various digital platforms
• Work with dedicated SEO, content and paid media specialists to ensure all efforts are cohesive and designed to help our clients get results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
• Review campaign performance with clients during Quarterly Business Reviews and pivot strategy, as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and integrate them into client strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, SEO, and PPC tactics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and SEMrush
• Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Schedule:
This is a full-time position based out of our Port Washington (Long Island), NY office. We offer a hybrid schedule with employees working out of the Long Island, NY office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Employees are able to work remotely on Wednesday and Friday. Please note that we will not consider remote candidates.
