Job Overview
Davies US is looking for a Marketing Specialist to plan, deliver, and evaluate high quality marketing campaigns. You will manage the annual calendar of campaigns and events while liaising with the internal events team regarding execution and delivery and working with a variety of internal stakeholders to understand and agree on campaign objectives. Reporting to the Marketing Business Partner, you will complete campaign proposals, including budget assumption and delivery schedules. To be successful in this role, you should be able to produce, maintain, and communicate integrated campaign plans that are aligned with the wider communications strategy. You need to have a minimum of three years of experience of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, be an excellent collaborator with solid organizational, time management, and communication skills while being able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work in a hybrid role between the Nashville, TN office and remotely from your residency as well as be able to travel on occasion up to 10% of the time for event support.
Responsibilities and Duties
Campaign Planning & Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns
- Manage the annual calendar of campaigns and events; liaise with our internal
events team on execution and delivery - Work with a range of internal stakeholders to understand and agree campaign
objectives - Complete campaign proposals, including budget assumption and delivery schedules
- Produce, maintain, and communicate integrated campaign plans, aligned to the wider
communications strategy - Liaise with internal sales teams throughout campaign lifecycles to ensure leads are
followed up on - Understand and remain cognizant to the legal/regulatory risk requirements in respect
to Marketing e.g., Financial Promotions and compliant record keeping, liaising with
internal information security team if needed - Work closely with internal branding team to ensure all campaigns are created in line
with brand guidelines
Reporting & Data
- Overall responsibility for campaign performance against forecasts as well as the
measurement and analysis of campaign data across the various digital channels and
devices - Track all marketing activities to report on campaign return on investment and
making recommendations - Manage data, report on data quality, update the CRM
General
- Support management of various social media profiles
- Work with senior leadership team on content creation and key messaging
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned to the brand and follows agreed tone of voice
- Collaborate with wider communications and business divisional leadership teams to identify
relevant industry topics for future campaigns - Work with external specialist resources such as data management and creative agencies
on ad-hoc basis - Other duties or projects as assigned
Experience and Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns
- Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or other related fields
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or other related fields
- Experience in the professional services sector beneficial

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This role operates from a professional office setting and a professional home-based office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, and scanners and requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer. While performing the duties of this job, the individual will be required to regularly hear and talk. This is a largely sedentary role requiring the ability to sit at a desk, reach outward, use a phone, have use of fingers to operate office equipment such as a keyboard, mouse, phone, printer, copier, and to reach above the head, bend, or stand as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full time, salaried, exempt position. The standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time.
