The NEST Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of services and will be an integral part of the marketing team, helping with the day-to-day efforts to engage contacts in our pipeline, through marketing project coordination, social media coordination, sales support, content review and HubSpot management. You will work closely with the Marketing Director & Manager, administratively implementing the NEST marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented and passionate about marketing and strategy.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties (Primary Responsibilities) include the following.
- Work with our Marketing, Sales, and Client Relationship Teams to implement and serve as project management for revenue-generating projects and campaigns.
- Create professional, creative layouts and designs for marketing materials by incorporating a balance of images, graphics, copy, white space; include theme statements, features/benefits, etc.
- Assist in writing internal and external communications including but not limited to email, webinars, social media, newsletters, and copywriting
- Execute email marketing campaigns in HubSpot through design, layout, copy writing, email subject A/B testing, list management, and other tasks as required.
- Execution of direct mail campaigns
- Take a principal role in scheduling social media, engaging with comments and messages, and facilitating questions from social media channels.
- Monitor social media activities to assess the public’s perception of the company’s brand
- Track and log measurement and create monthly reports for a variety of marketing initiatives, including but not limited to website analytics, CPL, conversion rate, lead generation and social media analytics
- Take a key role in managing our customer relationship management platform, tracking client and prospect activity, and helping identify ways to better engage our lists.
- CRM Support including email testing, sales sequence execution, review funnels to ensure contact accuracy, data entry, among other tasks.
- Track, measure, and report on results of various marketing functions ensuring they perform against goals and are continually optimized through various tools including Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others as needed.
- Manage database of contacts and keep up to date on list management, email unsubscribes and bounces, and lead scoring.
- Develop and create presentations that are tailored to the client or opportunity
- Coordinate NEST promotional items and client gifts as needed.
- Provide administrative support (preparation for meetings, agenda, preparing letters, draft memos, coordinates calendars, meeting minutes, arranging appointments, meetings, etc.)
- Manage the overall daily office operations within the Sales and Marketing departments: negotiates contracts (i.e. promo items, tradeshow vendors), manages vendor relationships (Sales & Marketing vendors).
- Support our audience and customers with quality communication that reflects our brand voice and mission
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment to develop and improve administrative systems for the business
- Providing quality control for all customer-facing products and content
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate and accomplish marketing tasks
- Working closely with the marketing team to provide administrative support for the implementation of marketing strategies
- Manage marketing assets including tradeshow booths, printed collateral, promotional items
- Manage the overall daily office operations within the Sales and Marketing departments: negotiates contracts (i.e. promo items, tradeshow vendors), manages vendor relationships (Sales & Marketing vendors).

- Participate in departmental and marketing team initiatives.
- Provide pre and post event support.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Instill a high level of customer service in all administrative functions and improving relations with current and prospective employees.
- Represent the company, as needed, with clients and business partners.
- Interact with other departments in a professional manner by proactively establishing and maintaining effective working team relationships.
- Demonstrate the ability to gather, submit detailed business information for evaluation, pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospects' business problems.
- Manage, develop, and cultivate relationships with constituents (producers, customers, and providers) as appropriate.
- General Clerical Duties.
- Draft/Create/Proofread forms, emails, documents, etc.
- Operate office equipment.
- File and retrieve corporation documents, records, and reports. Maintain departmental information and records. Update and manage filing systems.
- Take initiative to cross-train within and outside of the department.
- Continually search for faster, better, more efficient ways to handle the workflow.
- Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skill, and Ability

- BA/BS degree with 1+ years of marketing experience.
- Knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation software like Hubspot preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook and LinkedIn. Asana knowledge also a plus.
- Adobe Cloud experience preferred
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, focus, and adhere to deadlines.
- Proficiency creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience managing successful social media campaigns
- Successful track record of delivering, accelerating, and expanding enterprise B2B sales pipeline through partner, trade, and regional customer marketing.
- Ability to translate customer insights into successful digital marketing programs
- Aptitude and passion for both strategy formulation and program execution
- Ability to use creativity to identify new, compelling ways to reach and communicate to customers
- Exemplary communication skills. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
