Marketing QA Analyst

As a Barclays Marketing QA Analyst, you’ll be accountable for performing quality assurance reviews of marketing materials across all acquisitions & existing customer marketing channels. In the role you’ll also be accountable for ensuring business requirements are accurate & production ready. You’ll play a critical role in delivering the marketing campaign offers across all partners that the team services. Additional tasks you’ll complete are responding and reporting risk concerns, assist in investigating root cause in both QA and control function.

What will you be doing?

• Performing Quality Assurance (QA) reviews and accuracy of marketing materials across new acquisition and existing customer marketing prior to program launch
• Reviewing final creative materials, offer, and terms and conditions to ensure the final copy matches the original messaging and terms
• Ensuring engagement of appropriate contacts, processing of edits, and retesting while adhering to review guidelines
• Prioritizing and coordinating Quality Assurance (QA) request to ensure all routine and rush reviews are handled appropriately
• Identifying, documenting, and mitigating risks identified during reviews
• Utilizing the internal software testing application (JIRA) to provide accurate reporting

What we’re looking for:

• Expertise with Quality Assurance; editing or review
• Solid knowledge of the credit card industry
• Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and risk management
• Proficiency with meeting production deadlines

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Experience in Marketing or Financial Services
• Significant Experience in creating and maintaining business relationships
