Job Title: Marketing & Projects Specialist
Location: Administrative Services Building, Alamosa
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Unit: Hourly


Pay Range:
Hourly – Min: $17.50 – Max: $22.43 (based on qualifications and experience)

Position Summary:
To support organizational marketing, communication, and public relations. Subject areas include, but are not limited to, internal/external marketing, company events, community outreach events, patient experience, employee engagement, and community relations. Must foster a culture of patient and family centered care, service, quality, and safety excellence while improving patient and employee experience and community relations.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Step I:

  • Contributing to event/project planning
  • Supports and maintains user account information for intranet
  • Providing operational support such as meeting with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports
  • Work with inter-departmental teams to inform a marketing perspective on projects
  • Preparing project invoices and marketing information
  • Communicate with other departments regarding requirements of projects


Experience:


Step I:

  • High School Diploma required. Bachelors in Marketing/Communications or related field preferred
  • Basic computer skills and experience with relevant software programs. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Knowledge of stakeholder and financial management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong critical thinking supported by analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good interpersonal and organization skills

  • Demonstrates accuracy and high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of staff
