Marketing Project Manager

Founded in 2014, Bloom is one of the largest family-owned, vertically integrated cannabis companies in the country. We handle all aspects of our cannabis operations in-house – from new market evaluation and entry, to facilities build-out, compliance, and marketing. Currently licensed in five states to grow, manufacture and/or dispense medical marijuana products, we’re expanding rapidly as we continue to earn new state licenses.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our team who is seeking the opportunity for continued growth and development in their career with a growing multi-state operator in the cannabis market. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, innovative, detail oriented, and able to work closely with the Director of Marketing to manage and coordinate projects that meet company's goals and objectives.

The cannabis industry is an ever-evolving industry so the ability to think critically and adapt to a start-up style fast-paced environment is a must.

Responsibilities

• Working with the marketing director to create a strategic marketing strategy and mapping out the tasks needed to implement that strategy.
• Creating and managing a content calendar and scheduling deadlines.
• Determining marketing campaign budgets and ensuring that all staff adheres to them.
• Managing and supervising marketing projects from beginning to end.
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with retail and cultivation team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with project management theory and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
