Responsible for the creation and management of the WU Partner Seed Brands marketing plan that drives influence and growth of our seed business. Subject matter expert on the national, regional, and local partner brand strategies, promotions and programs and people.

Partner Brand Marketing Plan
- Support the seed marketing lead in developing our long-term partner brand strategy and agreements. Lead the development and execution of our short to medium term partner brand marketing plan that influences the market, drives growth and delivers against our financial targets

National Seed Brand Strategies, Promotions & Programs
- Actively work with the national account managers and respective company marketing leads in coordinating the transfer of national, regional & local strategies, promotions & programs to the Winfield United organization.
- Manage the day to day relationship with our partner brand account managers to ensure we have a positive working relationship

Field Alignment
- Foster alignment between the WU field organization and our partner brand organizations to ensure they effectively work together to capture opportunities

Customer Relations
- As needed, support Winfield United sales team in the growth of partner brand corn and soybeans within our customers business
Job Scope: Budget, Revenue, Sales Volume, etc
Partner Seed Brands represent $1.5 billion in annual sales and nearly $100 million of annual gross profit.
Required Experience/Knowledge/Skills (to be able to perform this job):
- Bachelors, preferably in agriculture or agricultural business
- 5+ years of successful management of product / portfolio P&L and/or sales management
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Strong Excel skill set
- Experience in managing relationships
- Strong written and oral communication skills, experience in public speaking and presenting
- Ability to multi-task
Preferred qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in agriculture or a related agriculture field
- Previous experience in people management
- MBA or desire to achieve an MBA or higher degree
