Enel X Way is seeking a Marketing Manager with consumer marketing and ecommerce experience to join our eMobility Marketing team. We are looking for a revenue-centric marketer with experience developing and deploying multi-channel campaigns to drive consumer demand for our residential smart EV charging stations. The successful candidate will have a passion and strong familiarity with today’s popular ecommerce strategies, and excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
What You'll Do at Enel::
  • Design and deploy demand generation programs across marketing channels for consumer audiences. Demand programs will include digital advertising across channels, email marketing, events, and targeted consumer content development.
  • Manage ecommerce campaigns and calendar, working closely with digital agencies, global and North American marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Develop targeted consumer content for North American market, working closely with designers, videographers, copy writers and content manager.
  • Manage website UI/UX updates, including QA of major deliverables. Must be detail oriented.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, our products, our target audience, and the buyer’s journey to successfully launch consumer products, working closely with product management team.
  • Maintain monthly ecommerce sales forecasts based on inventory projections, and regularly report on marketing KPIs (demand generation metrics, revenue generation, marketing ROI, margins, etc.)
  • Project manage website and ecommerce migration.
  • Manage consumer marketing budget and track campaign performance to improve Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
  • Collaborate with colleagues on lessons learned and best practices in order to continually challenge the status quo and improve ecommerce performance.

What You've Accomplished::
Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of consumer marketing and ecommerce experience
  • Experience with marketing technology products (both hardware and software) and understanding of industry trends.
  • Comprehensive understanding of lead generation, SEO and digital marketing best practices
  • Proficient in data-driven analysis using Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics
  • Fluency with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Adobe Commerce Cloud/Magento required
  • Experience with ShipRush, Joomla/HikaShop preferred
  • Experience with HTML/CSS/PHP/MySQL a plus
  • Comfortable with technical product terminology and specifications
  • Strong organizational/project management skills, including high attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Top-notch communication standards for producing quality work
  • Collaborative spirit and problem-solving mindset

Languages

  • English fluency required
  • Knowledge of Spanish and/or French a plus

The hiring range for this position is $95,680.00 to $120,000.00 per year. For remote positions, this is based on a national average base pay for this role. For positions in California this range will be specific to the location in California. The actual range may vary based on the geographic location of the chosen candidate. For all positions, the base pay actually offered will take into account various factors, including internal equity and job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
