Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the marketing and promotion of the brands and events within MJH Life Sciences. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will provide direction and guidance to a team of Marketing Coordinators. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will create and manage strategic and tactical marketing plans that span our B2C /B2B market, using an integrated and omni-channel approach to build brand awareness and audience generation for events, lead generation programs, webinar registrations and overall audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage detailed marketing tactical plans and campaigns used to grow audiences and generate leads for webinars, virtual/live events, and content programs for assigned group of brands
• Work directly with the Marketing Coordinators and franchise stakeholders from across departments such as editorial, project management, business development, creative/design, sales and events teams
• Ensure that all marketing deliverables are executed according to marketing plans and timelines. Campaigns include: custom emails, lead generation, custom content, surveys, social media
• Create and maintain B2B (client facing) marketing including annual media kits, sell sheets, and email promotions
• Create copy for all marketing collateral to ensure that positioning and branding are relevant to target audiences
• Brief in marketing collateral into the creative team, routing assets for approval of various stakeholders
• Track and provide weekly reports on current registration metrics and other marketing campaign results
• Provide regular direction and guidance to Marketing Coordinators
• Report campaign, leads, and registration performance to Marketing Director

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the life sciences or the B2B space
• Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to see long-term assignments through to completion
• Adherence to numerous fast paced and strict deadlines
• Organized, creative, and efficient
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to act diplomatically
• Proven ability to work under deadline pressure, both independently and as part of a team
• Strict attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Dreamweaver is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
