Are you a marketing coordinator with outstanding organizational skills and a keen eye for design? If so, you’re perfect to support Johnstone Supply NJ’s marketing functions and work with an incredible team with expertise ranging from customer experience and graphic design to program support and analytics. You’ll have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing visual branding strategies and pursuing innovative ways to engage our customers. As a fast-growing business, the challenge will be finding revolutionary ways to inspire and attract our target audience.

· Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns including design and development, scheduling, testing and deploying.

· Create branded advertising campaigns and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.

· Assisting in implementing all marketing strategies, programs, solutions and enhancing the customer communication experience by developing various elements essential for the growth of the company.

· Contributing to writing, proofreading and editing marketing materials including but not limited to emails, presentations, newsletters, and collateral.

· Acting as project coordinator for all marketing campaigns by creating timelines, monitoring responsibilities and scheduling action items, providing status updates, and communicating with stakeholders.

· Processing and managing submissions, applications and documentation for company programs and activities.

· Running analytics reporting.

· Communicating with contracted providers regarding the production of marketing materials.

· Supporting coordination of special events

· Coordinates various marketing fulfillment duties including direct mail, packages, letters, catalogs, monthly flyers, corporate flyers, advertising templates, promotional items and customer gifts.

· Providing administrative support and assisting with special projects as assigned.

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field and 2+ years in marketing, graphic design, or similar role.
• Knowledge of graphic design software and tools (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
• Experience with email marketing software
• Familiarity with the operation of Microsoft software, i.e. Windows, 8, 10 and able to work with the MS Office Suite
• Knowledge in social media platforms such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
• You’re focused, disciplined and super organized.
• You’re able to maintain momentum on our big picture goals and projects and also jump into day to day tasks.
• Valid Driver's License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
