Collier School, a program of Collier Youth Services in Wickatunk, NJ, seeks a part-time (with the potential to become full-time) Marketing Communications Manager.
The Marketing Communication Manager is responsible for marketing the school to a wide audience of educators, mental health professionals, parent associations, and other key stakeholders. They will be responsible for creating an annual marketing and communications plan, brochures, posts, and stories about the school, participating in community events and planning the fall and spring Open Houses.
The Marketing Communications Manager will work closely with the Executive Director, Director of Education, School administration, and faculty and be a key member of the school community.
The Communications Manager will develop and deliver key messages, ensure consistency and continuity in all communications, and reinforce the mission and goals of Collier Youth Services/Collier School.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of marketing or related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.
- Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote services.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience with school marketing is a plus.
- Experience with platforms such as FinalSite, Instagram, Facebook, etc. is a plus
- Experience with grant writing and research is a plus
