Are you interested in developing industry-leading marketing campaigns in a wide range of industries? The Marketing Campaign Owner is responsible for all marketing aspects and overall management of their assigned campaign(s). The campaign owner will drive the campaign through its complete lifecycle, covering definition, creation, execution, and enablement aspects. In this role you will work closely with colleagues in product and industry marketing to architect core message, create compelling materials, and plan overall go-to-market efforts with an emphasis on simulation and testing campaigns targeting customers in small and medium businesses (SMBs) as well as academia.

We are expanding our team of marketing professionals who work in the Simulation and Test (STS) division. The Simulation and Test division delivers cutting edge performance engineering solutions that help our customers create innovative products.
This is an exciting role that gives you the opportunity to craft the core messages that we will take to market and work every day alongside colleagues from different parts of the world, interact with customers through events and interviews, and travel occasionally, including internationally.
Responsibilities:
Campaign definition:
- Define campaign strategy and build operational plan with solution marketing managers.
- Plan the appropriate content development with a balanced set of assets and tactics to feed the buyer's journey: segmentation, messaging, persona definition, validation of tactics and assets for execution.
Content creation & promotion:
- Project management of all marketing assets/tactics creation. These assets include webinars, seminars, social media, whitepapers, videos, case studies, technical papers, conference presentations, etc.
- Develop high-impact content focusing on audience-centric messaging, aligned with Siemens messaging, and multi-channel strategy in mind (web, social, publications, blog, etc.)
- Manage campaign web pages and optimize for search
- Maintain, update, and promote materials for field sales
- Global execution coordination together with global marketing stakeholders: delivery of content, follow up of activities
- Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to collaborate on content and improve campaign relevance and efficiency
- Direct support to regions for key events related to the campaign
- Field marketing enablement
- Run content audits with a results-oriented approach: understand which content works well, refine, update, benchmark with other campaigns and competition
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related areas with 5+ years of experience.
- Good knowledge/experience in marketing including campaign planning and content creation
- Ability to work with technical colleagues to convey business value of our solutions
- Ability to both deliver high quality materials (written, video, demos, images)
- Energetic, creative and eager to think outside the box.
- Strong team player who is able to work with minimal supervision across large, complex organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Familiarity with Siemens solutions for simulation and test is a plus
- Experience with Office365 and its Apps (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Planner).
