Vicar's Landing is hiring a Marketing Assistant for Marketing Department as a Full-Time job in Ponte Vedra, FL.
As a Marketing Assistant the primary responsibilities would be to provide comprehensive administrative support services to the Marketing Department, as well as to the Director of Marketing. Must greet all visitors and answer all telephone calls in a pleasant and professional manner. It is also responsible for touring visitors through the community. Will also be responsible for conducting rough-in and design meetings with Members entering the Community.

Job Qualifications:
- Must have at least three to five years of experience in a clerical position.
- Must be computer proficient (Microsoft Office, Publisher, Excel) and possess excellent attention to detail skills.
- Must have the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, Members, family members, visitors, and the general public.
