Job Details for the Manufacturing Customer Service Representative:

• Pay Rate: $22-26/hour
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
• Full-Time: Direct Hire

Job Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Customer Service Representative:

• Act as liaison between customers and manufacturing regarding belting products

• Respond to incoming orders, inquiries and difficulties via telephone, fax or e-mail, from customers for belting products
• Advise and recommend solutions, alternatives, and products
• Review, check inventory, provide quotes, process orders, returns and credits
• Collaborate with manufacturing regarding inventory updates, scheduling and order expedites
• Determine best way of shipping for international customers

Job Requirements of the Manufacturing Customer Service Representative:

• 2-5 years of manufacturing customer service experience is required
• Experience with inside sales is preferred
• Ability to problem solve and determine the customers level of satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
