Company: Knotty Girlz Equestrian is a small, family owned business located in Spokane Valley. We aim to provide high quality, handmade rope product to customers and their equine companions. We put high value on maintaining a safe and positive work environment.

Summary: We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The job includes tying horse rope halters, lead ropes, reins and more, for our Amazon store and website. Knowledge of rope or horse tack is helpful, however not required. We will train on the job.

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently fulfill daily orders.
• Consistently hitting manufacturing quotas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and tools, including sewing machines, scissors, and heat guns.
• Assemble products using various materials, including rope, hardware, and leather.
• Ensure that all products meet our quality standards.
• Work with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
