About us

Dry Surface Technology is a small business in Guthrie, OK. We manufacture a powder material at a manufacturing location in Guthrie, Oklahoma. We are a small organization with many moving parts and work together like a family. We take care of one another and strive to get the job done with no drama, treating each other kindness and respect. We are Christ focused in all our interactions with one another and strive to emulate him in all things.

We are looking for a person to join our team who is flexible in what they do on a daily basis. We manufacture powder paint ingredients at a manufacturing location on Sooner and Waterloo road. We have 142 rental properties in Stillwater, Guthrie, Edmond and El Reno and a farm in Arcadia. So much of what we do requires someone who is flexible in what their day looks like. Skills that they will be called on to do include. Run a mixer and drive a forklift, weigh and package material, repair a roof leak, patch drywall and paint, run a tractor and mow a field, plant flowers and repair sprinkler system, deliver a truck of material to a paint manufacturing plant in OKC, install cabinets in a house in El Reno.

We are looking for someone who is kind, considerate, hardworking and want to learn. If you have ambitions of one day running your own company that is great. If you have been in construction and have skills and show up on time and can be taught that is perfect! I have mentored young men who want to start their own companies and have given them opportunities for personal growth. If you are willing and able to learn! If your just looking for a paycheck, show up drunk or don't show up at all don't bother.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
