Responsibilities
The Manager, Volunteer Services, is responsible for managing all volunteer services in the medical center. The Manager works with staff at all levels to determine volunteer needs and assignments. The Manager plans, develops, implements, monitors and evaluates the Medical Center's volunteer programs for effective utilization of volunteer resources. The Manager supervises departmental staff including Volunteer Coordinator and Gift Shop Manager, and provides training and guidance to medical center staff who supervise volunteers.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum three (3) years' Management experience in health related organization. Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills and ability to empower others. Demonstrated supervisory ability, training skills and event planning skills. Manage priorities, timelines, balance several projects
simultaneously. - Bachelor's Degree in Community Development, Social Service, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Health or Volunteer Services Administration.
- Experience in Program Development, Volunteer Management or Human Resources preferred.
