Summary
The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills. In addition, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in the role, as are high levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability. We are looking for someone with strong technical and problem solving skills who can establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization; and work effectively with all levels.

Designs a complete and complex framework, system or product. Defines processes for technical platforms, system specifications, input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility. Conceives system interfaces and business application prototypes. Identifies, analyzes and resolves system design weaknesses. Influences the shaping of future products by contributing to the framework (architecture) used across multiple products or systems. Provides multi-layered technical expertise for next generation initiatives. Exclude field technicians, engineers and personnel primarily involved in installation, maintenance, modification and repair of equipment.

OTHER SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OR DUTIES
Familiar with x-ray imaging subsystems and systems including detectors, sources, software, shielding, collimation and radiation safety. Will work with electrical, mechanical, software engineering and R&D staff to develop imaging systems and applications to meet internal or customer required performance.
Manage day-to-day activities of the team.
Delegate assignments and achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals.
Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
Collaborate with and provide support to other departments.
Contribute to the growth of the company with successful team performance.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATIONS
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge
  • Ability, competence, and confidence to lead people.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
Experience Level with Business Tools
  • Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.

Typical Education and Experience
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent with some Post-Graduate work (or equivalent experience).
  • 10 years of related experience.
  • 3 years management experience or supervisory equivalent
