Description

This position is responsible for program coordination for Service Excellence for the Puget Sound Region. Duties include: data management, support forService Arealeadership in service excellence strategies and initiatives in collaboration with the service excellence teams and medical staff.In addition, this position provides support, oversight, and coordination for implementation of recommended practices and serves as liaison with system and Press Ganey updates and communication to include coordinating with service areas in the development and approval of patient experience survey budget for service areas, ministries/campuses, as applicable.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 5 years Experience consumer/hospitality industry, employee engagement, patient satisfaction, culture development in health care or other service industry
• 2 years Leadership/management experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Healthcare, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Healthcare experience
• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement experience is a plus
