We are seeking an exceptional Inventory Control and Purchasing Manager to oversee the company's inventory levels and ensuring that all necessary materials, supplies, and equipment are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner. This role requires a highly organized individual who can develop and maintain inventory management systems, coordinate with various departments to track inventory levels, and analyze data to identify trends and forecast demand.

WE REQUIRE:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers.
• Proficiency in inventory control and inventory processes such as “Just in Time” and ERP systems.
• Overall knowledge of ISO/FDA Quality Management System for a medical device manufacturing environment is preferable.
• Working knowledge of planning, procuring, processing orders.
• Ability to source vendors and work closely with vendors including supply issues.
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong working knowledge of EXCEL spreadsheets.
• Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
