Aberdeen Super 8 Hotels are looking for a Maintenance person to join our team! Responsibilities include:

- Contribute to the hotel's commitment to the highest quality of customer service

- Perform and maintain records for maintenance and preventative maintenance to all interior and exterior areas of the hotel.

- Complete work orders on a daily and timely basis.

- Complete various tasks that include but are not limited to:

• Basic plumbing
• Basic drywall
• Basic electrical
• Painting
• Grounds upkeep
• A/C unit cleaning, installation and removal
• Assisting with other tasks assigned by management

- Maintain all mechanical areas in a safe, orderly and clean condition.
