We are now recruiting for reliable and diligent maintenance staff that can lead to your successful career in the maintenance departments of our premiere hospitality business

• Perform maintenance and related tasks in grounds, units, and general buildings departments.
• Responsible for troubleshooting jobs, doing the repairs or relating tasks as assigned by manager.
• Follow up to other departments on the status of the repairs
• Must work in a clean professional manner.
• Technical experience or skills in any of the following areas is desired: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, power equipment, heavy machinery, landscape.
• Must be comfortable with heavy lifting.

Compensation based on experience.
